• We encourage you to check in 20 minutes before your treatment time. Please take time to relax and enjoy our facilities before your appointment.
• As a courtesy to the next guest, your appointment will end
  as originally scheduled.
• Please remove all jewelry before your visit to the spa.

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

• A credit card guarantee is required to hold appointments.
• Please call 972-899-5300 to reserve your treatment or inquire about services.
• We request the courtesy of 24 hours’ notice to avoid charges for cancelled appointments.
• No cash refunds are offered; exchanges may be made for alternate services, signature products or spa items.

AMENITIES

• A robe and spa slippers are provided for use during your visit.
• Locker rooms are provided for men and women, with infrared heat sauna available in our women’s locker room area and a steam shower available in our men’s locker room.
• For your comfort, undergarments my be worn during treatments. However, our therapists are highly skilled in draping procedures to ensure your comfort at all times.

GRATUITIES

• At your discretion, gratuities may be given in appreciation of outstanding service.

AGE LIMITATIONS

• Our spa facilities serve guests age 12 and above.
• Some spa services are available to children with parental supervision. Please inquire at our reception desk.

• You are invited to browse our signature selection of body and skin products and spa items.
